Good analysis tool subscription is misleading
This is a great beginning tool to diagnose a check engine light. Very easy to use and can clear the check engine light. Like most folks’ the subscription pricing is misleading. I just used this on the second vehicle I owned and it only gave me the option for a yearly plan of $49.99, followed by the renewal of $99.99. Now that I’ve reviewed what was wrong and cleared it, you have this $49.99 charge. They never offered me the weekly option of $7.99 or monthly option of $12.99. You would have needed to go into their pricing plans and do that before you looked at the codes. Very deceiving! They should offer a “one time” or daily option for like $1.99 up front to determine if you want the more expensive annual option. Just be aware of this before you plug in the FIXD and try to analyze the problem.
