If there was a zero star I would give Zero I have had the worst experience with this company , cust service staff turnover is weekly , I am on my 4th member of staff, they all then ask for same info to be sent over on each change of staff , no communication - no escalation as requested, no ownership. When buying product - competitive is great - however the bones of a good company is how you are treated when things go wrong , as things seldom do- believe me this company gives you the run-around , my initial request for refund started in April 24 - we are now in July almost- Absolutely appalling service
