What made it great? Adrian C GOLD STAR customer service
What made it great Adrian C - who went WELL OVER above and beyond to migrate me from the 20 year old reseller to a new VPS account, which hopefully will better suit my needs. Adrian C is the gold standard of customer service, he is PATIENT and VERY TOLERANT of my questions and also perseveres. Adrian's service went well above his colleagues who never thought to even upsell me (!) An opportunity missed. My heart account was 20 years old ++ and obviously the web has changed a lot in that and where i can im self sufficient. Im just hoping the VPS staff live up to the service ive had from Adrian if it wasnt for Adrian I was considering leaving, i think as the web has grown responses to tickets has taken longer , but in the end i feel i have been upsold a better product.
