Mobile Top Up Issues

Let's start with what I liked. The rep that I had helping me, Anna C., was very helpful and patient with my constant emails when going through this issue, and I was truly grateful for the help she provided, as eventually she was able to help me top up my credit. Now onto what I disliked. I find that whether I top up my phone with a physical voucher or online using the LycaMobile website, I am having constant and consistent issues with the top-up not working. I'm not sure if this is due to my SIM being old or if the top-up system itself is defective, but I find that it is quite tiresome to constantly have to contact customer service every time this sort of thing happens. Until a sound solution can be found, I see myself remaining unhappy with this network service provider.
