Making the most of it
The pictures on the website were everything that we had expected. It was a little concerning when trying to unpack the car going up steps that were not shoveled completely However, the hot tub was unusable and the master bathroom tub, which was a deep tub the stopper wouldn’t hold the water in the tub so it could not be used. I received am almost immediate response stating that someone would be contacting us to fix the hot tub no one called nor came out waited two days. The amenities the hot tub and the deep tub were the draw for our family Waiting for the management team to review and credit our account Told this could take up to 2 weeks
