Amazing experience and highly recommend
We had a fantastic experience using Sell my Home and saved ourselves almost £11,000 in the process! Our brilliant advisor Laura offered very sound advice and was very responsive to any queries. We also had our property marketed with a high street agent. However, whilst the high street agent had multiple people through our door for viewings (which meant constantly keeping the house tidy!!) a large % of these viewings were from people not genuinely interested in seeing the property. With Sell my Home viewings, this was not the case at all and the viewings were all very positive. We eventually got to the stage of best and final offers with the high street agent but they were still unable to get us an offer at the asking price...!! However, Sell my Home were able to get us an offer, at the asking price(!!), and also saving us the commission of a high street estate agent! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and were throughly impressed with the service they offer! Thank you Sell my Home!!
