One of the worst experiences in my life. My provider quit--I was not told at the time. As we reached the time I would ordinarily have an appt I reached out to Brightside--"Sign in and email your provider." I did so: "Sorry you provider is no longer working for us...." which I recieved 10 days before I was to go on a month long trip. Contacted Brightside--they didn't even say sorry, but rather "make a new appt." New appt: I could not reach her to connect. I called for help: "Sorry make a new appt" 4 days before my trip. No appts were available in time. "Did we help?" No you didn't help. No one seemed to care or have any solutions. This is Malpractice. I am writing a letter to the Massachusetts Board of Medicine to complain. Worst psychiatric care ever...." Choose you poison well.
