I accidentally subscribed for this
I accidentally subscribed for this. As soon as I realised what I had done I immediately contacted ESR support and explained my financial situation, and within 5 days they had refunded me the full subscription fee. I can't thank them enough for their help. They didn't have to refund me, but they did. Again, thank you. I will certainly recommend these in the future, and if I'm able financially to afford their services I will services i will use them.
