“Amazing” !
Really nice people across the workforce, who all seem to use the emphasised expletive, “… Amazing … !” When it came to fault-finding a “never-before experienced” issue, (a) the office offered f.o.c. temporary substitute heating (not needed), (b) the repair team were programmed efficiently to cover several jobs in one area, with booked local overnighting, (c) the team applied themselves intelligently and effectively (sorting an issue which turned out to be a manufacture fault of an electric socket beyond TEH’s control). Thank you, pleased with both outcome and general ‘warm’ operation !_!
