Today they supossed to deliver my dog…
UPDATE: Con company !! After The parcel has been delivered after 1,5h after delivery window closed. After my intervention at customer service and call to comoany where I oreder the bed. Strangly the company had photo of delivery.... So beacuse there was no delivery that mean that was attempt od stealing !! I assume my fast reaction scared driver as he got call straight away and that way he come back 1,5 h later to hand my parcel. Driver couldn't said why it was marked as delivered? Didn't apologize just asToday they supossed to deliver my dog new bed. At the end of delivery window I've checked the status and find out it has been delivered 14:13 so 30 min ago ...but not at my address so where?There was no bell, no knock to the door, there were no person close to the door as my dog would react. Custom service is terrible. They weren't even says if it was actually delivered to my house number as it was just post code. They've said system not showing full address...what?? Told me to to contact with sender which I did. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Tracking number 7048528903 Now I noticed they have 2 profiles here. They shouldn't be operate. Hopefully the cpmpany which I made my order won't used them anymore.
