Very poor communication
I had to call the 1-800 help number to find out the status of the order. I placed the order on June 25. After that, silence, hear the crickets. Oh, the lady was so apologetic for my situation, but I should not have had to call. What's just as bad is the UPS driver. He did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I just happened to see him walking back to the truck and then checked my front porch.
