Wrong products and foreign languages ……
1) AUTODOC sends me a wrong product - as otherwise matched with my car on their website and order - but demands me for arranging and paying for returning it as I had not paid an additional DKK 43 as “insurance” for what they call a ‘safe order option’. As it appears it is clearly an insurance for the client’s account against their mistakes - not mine. So I am penalized for AUTODOC sending me wrong parts - not to mention the work and weeks of waiting for their checking and refunding me the money. In any event I did not ask for the money refunded but the correct part. Waiting for a reply on that. 2) On other products received the instructions attached were in Hungarian, Polish, Czech and Slovakian …… not helpful for a Danish client.
