Dog Grooming course
From the start it was great. Communication was good and enrolling was kind of easy. Only had issues with money me at the start as I had keep providing them with ID that they kept knocking back for who knows what reason. I also got told with the pack they send out id be able to get discount from their store with the pamphlet in there however did not receive one and also didn’t get told how as the pamphlet would have instructions on it?? The course was great. Learned a lot especially with the videos and the theory side of it. I found it very informative and even some stuff I wouldn’t of expected on it which Was great. The 2 tutors I had were amazing when I need help and were quick to answer my emails etc. However I found the assessments were too hard considering your doing them at home. I had to go out and spend $500 before I even learnt anything or did any assessments because I felt if I didn’t have those things I wouldn’t pass as half of the assessments involved the items I had purchased. So before I even completed the course I had already spent $3,500. I also got told I’d be learning about the Bussiness side of things and how to start a Bussiness/run a Bussiness and that was never even in the course. I felt because I was a beginner in the grooming world I probably would of learnt better in a face to face environment.
