Good customer service and easy flight
The flight from Copenhagen to Prague was great, even though it was 20 minutes delayed. Professional service on board, and no frictions. We wanted to add an extra baggage, which was not possible on their Website application. However, the service on the telephone was great - within 15 minutes they added the baggage without problems. Good price for a flight, and can be highly recommended for a short flight.
