Kay & Sarka from Onboarding....
Kay and Sarka from the Onboarding Team were super friendly, informative and attentive. Kay's personality shone through in our call when I was first enquired about potentially starting my Premium Electrical Course. I had rang around other providers before and was undecided but after speaking with Kay, I felt positive and assured. Sarka was very much the same and demonstrated how to use the Portal and answered any further questions. All very professional and would recommend.
