Utter incompetence
After less than stellar performances the last twice I ordered (severely delayed shipping despite the 5-10 day claim) I thought I'd give them a THIRD chance since there was a 2 for 1 offer available. Ordered beginning of August, shipped fairly quickly though with no shipping notice or tracking made available despite the claims they provide it upon despatch. Package was rejected by the courier (Pitney Bowes) and returned to one of their hubs I made Japan Crate aware of this and even provided screenshots of the tracking details to their CS but was told that wasn't the case and it was still on route. After almost two weeks of essentially being called a liar CS finally acknowledged I was right and offered a replacement which I accepted thinking that perhaps after providing such repeatedly poor service they might actually fulfill the order in a timely manner. It's now almost two weeks later and there's no package, no shipping notice and no response to my query regarding the orders status through either email or their Facebook presence. I've never had issues like this with any other company and it boggles the mind how they can so consistently fail at every opportunity.
