Refused to assemble bed and then said that as I assembled myself it was out of warranty.
Ordered a bunk bed and HomeBox guys came and gave all sorts of excuses to not assemble it as space was small. After arguing with them as well as trying to find a reasonable solution that they were not willing to accept, I told them to go and assembled it alone within an hour. On top of that HomeBox had the audacity to call (while I was assembling it) and tell that as I had assembled it, the item was no longer in warranty as per their policy. Their delivery guys brought other items that were easy to assemble and did them in a hurry with pieces of wood and packing spread all over the floor and rather than clean before leaving, left wood dust, nails and screws and quickly left.
