Good product but poor customer service
Firstly, the delivery system was awful. I had to wait at home dawn to dusk for two days. Secondly, When I opened the cartoon, there was a network of spider and its corpse on the spoke of the rear tire. It was disgusting. I felt like I have bought a product which was stored for a long time. On top of that, I felt the customer consent is not important for the company. Thirdly, sometimes they did not answer my phone, I don't think this could be considered as professional behavior. fourthly, the instruction does not cover everything. For instance, when I can recharge the battery? can I recharge it when half of its capacity is still full? Another off-side from the instruction: when I wanted to assemble the stem, it was a small plastic cover on the end of it. The instruction is silent about it. Should I remove it or not? I called to ask this question, but surprisingly they did not answer my phone. Finally, If this product is supplied with a two-year warranty, I expected a better description of it. On the other hand, the bike itself, so far is working well for me. I like it and I hope it could work for me at least for five years. Thanks for reading my review.
