Renter beware
Renter beware. Management/owner is only concerned with their bottom line at the expense of the customer. While most other travel related businesses are giving full refunds for cancellations associated with COVID-19 virus, Amelia Rentals is not...they charge you 10% (based on rental rate PLUS associated taxes) if you are outside of the 30 day cancellation period and 100% if you are within the 30 days. This is my experience...you have the option to book with Amelia Rental or with other rental agencies...you decide.
