Excellent service and meticulous packaging!
We placed an order at the beginning of December, intending for it to arrive by Christmas (to Finland). Unfortunately, after placing the order, an issue arose: the order status indicated that the payment hadn’t gone through, even though the money had been debited from our card. We had to wait until Monday to contact customer support. We want to especially commend the quality and efficiency of the support team, as they resolved the issue promptly and professionally. Once the payment was confirmed, the order took some time to be prepared—understandable given the pre-Christmas rush—and was shipped on the fifth business day. By the end of the second week after placing the order, we started to worry that the package wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas, as the tracking information hadn’t updated since the package left Italy. However, much to our relief, we received our order late in the evening on December 23! :) A special mention goes to the excellent packaging—everything was neatly organised, and fragile items (like a glass bottle of oil and handmade cookies) were securely wrapped. This definitely won’t be our last order with Vico Food Box! Thank you!
