Don’t book with them
Choosing this agency was a big waist of time and money. Such a huge mistake. I deeply regret booking with them. I had to extend my stay otherwise I wouldn’t be able to pass my exam and I asked them about the prices that became higher. They told me that if I wanted to extend, they would have gave me the same price that I payed for my initial stay. But once I confirmed, they told me that the price had changed and that they couldn’t do anything about that. Then, they made a departure date offer to me and the next day the offer was not available anymore and I had no choice but to extend for a whole month, which put me in so much trouble and made me waist a lot of money for nothing. Booking with them is really really expensive compare to the actual price of the rooms in the residence. The flexibility policy is awful. When you make the deposit, you have to pay the full amount no matter if there’s transaction fee if you’re doing it from another country. But once they refunded the deposit, they said that the transaction fee that they have to pay will be deducted from the deposit. That’s a huge scam. Plus, I had to beg them and the actual residence in which I stayed for simple answers which never came. When I came, my room wasn’t cleaned and I’ve told the residence and the agency and they said that they would send someone who never came. I ended up doing it myself. I had many issues with my room and the residence (Wembley). All they care about is your money and the prices are mind-blowing. It’s too much for what it is. Look for other options but not them.
