Our property had been on the market for over a year before appointing SellMyHome and what a great decision it proved to be. Unlike the high street agents the team at SellMyHome went above and beyond. Their viewing management platform is so user friendly that even I, a non tech person, found easy to use. Without fail the team provided feedback from all viewings and Will Clark helped negotiate a price for us that I never believed we would get. We owe a huge amount to this wonderful company. With quality service such as this I can't see much of a future for the incumbents! We saved tens of thousands of pounds, the sale was not straight forward due to sensitive circumstances, which again was handled with the up most care and compassion. We used all the additional services including the virtual walk through which received rave reviews from the potential buyers and I really felt the marketing bundle helped find us our buyer.
