SCAM _ unlimited Bundle
As my bundle was due to expire at midnight yesterday, I ensured I had sufficient funds and that auto-renewal was enabled. I received an SMS yesterday morning claiming I had ‘decided’ not to renew. So I called customer service and added my debit card to system as their instruction. But renewal didn't went through and I have again contacted Lyca-Ireland customer center today and customer agents response was I should add the same card which I have used to purchase the sim online. This is never mentioned and your customer agent never mentioned in yesterday call as well. The promotional price required continuous renewal. Since that didn’t happen, I can now only buy the same bundle at twice the price. This has happened before, so it’s clear the “Go Unlimited 10 EUR” offer is a scam—Lyca deliberately makes it impossible to meet the promotion’s terms. Customer service is useless and agent told that she cannot do any other thing from her side. Avoid this terrible company.
