Have taken over two weeks to KYC…
Have taken over two weeks to KYC verify, once they did they unverified another document that had already passed essentially resetting the timeline all over again. Rude and short support. Untimely process to withdraw but they sure can reject withdraws fast! Shame they couldn't approve them and their customers with half that speed. So disappointed.
