Platforms great, my experience with support was the exact opposite.
Up until 2 days ago, I would have left a 5 star review. The platform and the games are top notch. But recently I was using a the auto feature on dice. Note that within the settings I had the “display crypto in fiat” toggled on. I have had the same dice strategy that I have used for some 50,000 + games. And part of that strategy is every 40 games “set bet amount” which I put the USD amount of $1.2. I had used this strategy between either usdc, solana and litecoin. All of a sudden I see that my balance has been rinsed and I wonder what the heck happened. When I changed from usdc to solana instead of betting $1.2 USD every 40 games it changed it to 1.2 solana every 40 games. I notified support, had the support member agree that if the “display crypto in fiat” was toggled on then the USD bet amount should have remained the same switching from coin to coin. He even complimented me on how detailed my explanation of the contradiction was within the settings and the setting up of the strategy. He then talked to the technical team, completely backtracked and said he misunderstood what I was saying and there was no contradiction. I then supplied video evidence of how sometimes switching the tokens while within the strat settings will the amount set for the bet will sometimes stay the same switching from coin to coin, and sometimes it will convert the bet amount in USD from tone to token. So if I was to have 1 bitcoin in my balance and I made the original strategy in usdc whatever amount I set the bet to in USD would be converted when I changed to bitcoin. It’s faulty logic, contrafactive to the “display crypto in fiat” settings. Cause if I wanted to wager with raw units of a particular cryptocurrency, I would toggle that setting off. It makes no sense I would make a wager amount in USD and then change tokens and that wager amount is potentially exponentially higher. I argued with support for hours over this and they were extremely rigid, dismissive and unwilling to help. Clearly I was not done making my point trying to find a solution and every single time they would copy and paste whatever the technical team had told them, then say “is there anything else I can do to assist you or will that be all”, or something along those lines. It was extremely infuriating. I have wagered over 2 million dollars on stake since May. Which I know is not a lot compared to some whales, but it’s not nothing. And I felt like I had a legitimate argument and was given copy and paste arguments from the technical team and asked if I needed anything else. Over and over. I hope support sees this who actually has the ability to help resolve the issue, because I was willing to stay on this platform forever, but the disrespect and literal unwillingness to listen to reason makes me think it might be time to self exclude and go elsewhere. @confusedonut on stake
