I love Southwest Airlines! It’s been taking forever until we get confirmation of SW flying to Hawaii. The good news is that you can use your points from SW to book with other airlines to fly to Hawaii ! SW still rocks! Cons: unassigned seats, no updates on Hawaii flights, no direct flights from west coast to east coast.
