If I could rate this company a zero, I would. We had a viewing booked for 5:30pm, we arrived at the property on time and continued to circle the building looking for the estate agent. At 5:40 I began calling the branch to find out where the estate agent was, I called a total of 15 times (the branch does not close till 6) and failed to reach anyone. After driving to the property, paying for parking, calling the branch, circling the building for half an hour, we gave up and returned home. I then called the branch the next morning to be told, the agent was at the property till 6… however we called the doorbell of the property many times and called the branch 15 times, with no success. The company is unprofessional and lacks any knowledge on how to communicate. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
