Wrong claim of 4-7 day delivery
Looks like similar issue with multiple customers. I ordered one mattress earlier in 2019 or 2020 and that, was still a good experience but this time, already the shipping has been delayed by more than a week. I called after 5 days and learned it takes 1 or 2 days for production and it has been delayed in production and was still not ready. Finally, it was shipped after 7 full days, and again it's showing 7 more days for delivery. Either change your claim to deliver in 4-7 days or rectify your process. I am really pissed with the team as people plan things according to the delivery dates and also order things and plan things according to the delivery dates. One product delays, and it delays all other plans.
