Ordered via website, received email confirmation, all good. Order didn’t arrive and there was no other communication to advise what the hold up was. Chased by phone. Item sold by tool station and apparently there is no tracking for items sold by them. The rep had to send an email to them for an update. Nothing further heard so chased again. Turns out item is out of stock even though the website said it was in stock. No pro activity from Travis P on this and it’s back to the Stone Age with the customer unable to track progress of order. Requested a refund. Have purchased elsewhere online without any issues. This time the order can be tracked with updates sent via email. Much better.
