Badly organised
( not sure what all waterbabies are like but this review is for the one at greenbank school) Poorly organised. We have been signed up to waterbabies for about 7 weeks and only done 2 lessons with them as they cancelled most of them. We turned up at 9am to tell us there is no chlorine in the water so the lesson is cancelled ( which is good they check and don't let you in for safety reasons). As it's not their pool they apologised and said they will speak to greenbank to make sure it doesn't happen again. It was then cancelled for a further 3/4 weeks for some reason. We then did a lesson which was fine and then the week after we arrived just before 9am to be told it's cancelled because there is no chlorine in the water AGAIN! They keep saying it's out of their hands but at the end of the day I paid them for a service and well the one I received was poor and unacceptable.
