BEWARE OF HIDDEN CONTRACTS
Joined Nuffield in person and was provided a paper membership agreement stating 1 month cancelation period which was confirmed by the staff member when reviewing everything. Now when i come to cancel I am being directed to contacts online that were never discussed or emailed to me stating a 1st of month to 1st of month cancelation period. I am now being threatened with debt recovery because they didn't send or advise me of any online contract. Shocking behaviour by the Manager Rikki Moug and also Ben Edit - Contract being quoted was never issued, discussed or provided.
