I've studied with Stonebridge Colleges…
I've studied with Stonebridge Colleges and completed a few courses in the past. However, recently had difficulty logging onto the portal to re-start assignments after an unintentional gap in my studies due to family matters. After contacting the customer services team I've been told that I need to pay extra money to continue with the courses, despite paying in full when I enrolled! How does this make sense? Please have a reasonable and fair response for me, as I would like to continue studying.
