I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Anglian Water and in particular the engineer Dean. I reported last night a blocked drain outside my shop (Wands Crystal Emporium, in Felixstowe). I imagined it would take days for someone to come out and look at it but I was completely shocked to receive a text to say that Dean would be here at 9:20am this morning! Dean was able to sort the problem extremely quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. I am so unbelievably happy that the problem was sorted out so quickly and efficiently. No more stinky drain or mess outside my shop! Thank you very much, I am over the moon :-)
