Missing parcel..

Unfortunately my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and I had received someone else’s parcel as my address label had been stuck onto another parcel. I contacted the courier who told me to contact the seller to open an investigation. 12 days later and still no investigation into my missing parcel and I spent over £300. The shipping cost had also come out of my account 9 days later than the purchase date! I will not be purchasing from CAIA Cosmetics again as the help from customer service is hard work!
