Unfortunately the delivery went very bad…
Unfortunately the delivery went bad this Thursday morning 26 June 2025 at 08.18 (UTC), 10.18 CET UTC+2, at the Bpost post office of Laeken Maison Communale, 11647, Bruxelles, 1020. Bpost presented to me parcel from order 238540641 violated, completely opened and re-taped. DHL's label half unglued. Since Bpost weighted parcel from order 238540641 at -280g (7200g-6920g), I said to Bpost we do nothing, I will contact the sender MandMdirect to expose the problem and ask for a discount to collect parcel from order 238540641, or a return if I don't receive a discount from MandMdirect customer service. But Bpost instantly marked parcel from order 238540641 as delivered then refused to return to sender. I did not even sign anything. DHL says delivery is against a signature. Bpost/DHL are liars. Why did parcel from order 238540641 not have been transited by Germany? Like forecasts by DHL? First DHL tracking flash was late and directly in the Netherlands. Why was shipment from order 238540641 three times loaded to the van? At 06.14 (UTC), 06.27 (UTC) and 06.46 (UTC)? A small violation with one of their endoscopic cameras was not enough for those disrespectful people from DHL/Bpost ? I am completely unhappy being treated like this, losing my time, blocking my money and paying gas to use my car to the Bpost post office and polluting for nothing. Very bad experience. Sellers/senders are too small to make this oligarchy of transporters respect the final customer. I would have collected parcel from order 238540641 with a 20% discount for not completely new items, but touched by the dirty hands of DHL/Bpost. In the past I was able to obtain a status quo and a parcel allowed to stay at the post office. Probably Bpost now knows if parcel from order 238540641 would have stayed longer at the Bpost official post office of Laeken Maison Communale (11647), LAEKEN RUE TIELEMANS / TIELEMANSSTRAAT 32, 1020 BRUXELLES / BRUSSEL, BELGIUM, parcel from order 238540641 would have been in a worse shape. The longer in the hands of DHL/Bpost, the worse the shape. I am an EU citizen buying new items inside the EU, that has the right to be respected and receive an inviolate parcel with untouched items. DHL/Bpost not only violate my shipments, but also violate the GDPR of the EU, by probably letting their employees collect my personal private data about my purchases. I asked MandMdirect for a reinforced parcel with non generic tape and shipment's label in the middle at the cardboard junctions. MandMdirect did nothing, and by default, cannot enforce the respect of the EU General Data Protection Regulation for their own customers. DHL/Bpost should be ashamed of treating the parcel receiver with so little respect. DHL should be ashamed to pay and allow their dishonest people to put DHL tape on violated Hema parcels delivered in the Hema shop from Jette 1090. Dishonest people having DHL tape and then making holes on parcels, equipped with endoscopic cameras after my complaints to Hema. Regards
