Bad experience with support
Bad experience Unfortunately the customer service is not able to fulfil a minor task. My daughter ordered a hairdryer and was sent 2. After returning the second one she still received a bill. Now after several phone calls and promises we still receive reminders for the amount and are threatened that it will be passed to the court. We have now spent several hours discussing the matter on the phone, always with the result that we were promised that the matter is settled and we wouldn't receive reminders anymore. Unbelievable. It seems that their support is not capable of an easy task. After this message on trustpilot the company has reacted very quickly and solved the problem. Thankyou very much
