As a new business owner my initial interaction with this team was challenging. Unfortunately, the Project leader had a personal issue so there was a delay in the start of our project. I reached out to the team and they immediately assigned Alan as our project lead. Alan was incredibly responsive. He returned every call and gave daily updates on our progress. I had hope that their web designers would be more creative but given our time constraint they build a site to our specifications. The site looks great.
