Awful experience with maintenance team for my property
I have had multiple issues with my current flat which have been reported to the maintenance team, including mould and pest issues which have been due to property defects. These have been dealt with in an incompetent and unprofessional manner. The maintenance team I have dealt with have been unprofessional, rude and aggressive whilst constantly dragging their feet in taking action, and actively closing cases reported without taking proper action. Overall, the side of the business that I initially dealth with was good as when we moved in it was all set up well by Corina. Also when moving out Kash and George were very accommodating in arranging viewing and helping us as tenants. However our experience has been let down by the poor maintenance team who are a constant nightmare to deal with. As a tenant I would avoid as when/if a problem arises they did not help and tried to pass the blame onto the tenants.
