Hi AW company agree to give us a 24 hours notice before they read our water meter as we are both I'll and disabled as well we are both registered as vulnerable with them the meter reading man called today to read our water meter with out giving us any notice I had great difficulty trying to get out side to open the side gate to let him in and then he just drove away without reading my water meter AW never keep any of their agreements with us at all the worst company we have ever known avoid them 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 update I have just received a reply from AW they are already aware of all this they are just messing me about just having me go round and round just like a merry go round 😡😡😡😡
