This was my first international trip…
This was my first international trip with students, and ACIS could not have been more helpful in the planning, logistics, and execution of the trip. Jeannie helped me navigate each step of the trip process with prompt responses and helpful advice. She is passionate about travel, and it helped fuel our excitement for the trip. Our guide, Eddy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptional at matching our group's energy and interests throughout our excursion. Our driver, Fernando, was always smiling, going the extra mile to make sure our travels were safe and comfortable. The whole team contributed to this experience, and we are so happy we chose ACIS. They also went above and beyond when the unexpected hit-- one of the students on our trip tested positive for COVID, and ACIS took care of everything! They made sure accommodations were ready, they set up return testing, they made sure we were well-fed, and they arranged new flights. Honestly, we didn't have to worry about a thing as far as logistics or planning for our extended stay and our return. I am so glad we went to Costa Rica, but I am even more thankful that we chose to go with ACIS.
