Order 188018 What a great company to deal with. From ordering to receiving, everything went smooth, built great, we ran into an issue so I took a picture and sent it in via email and this company was quick to respond and rectify the issue in a couple of days. Can’t be fairer than that. Can’t fault them. 👍🏻

You’ve got a cheek with your stupid repeated replies to everyone to give you a chance, I wouldn’t give you a chance if you guys was the last company on earth. Wasters. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. My car has had to go in back to the garage for its issues, Europcar was the only choice to provide me a car until mine is rectified. Europcar gave me a 5 seater MG and I said advised this was no good as we require a 7 seater (our 7 seater is in the garage), Europcar told me this was not possible, gave me a car that was absolutely disgusting inside and out and told me it had been valeted, (I have photos) I asked who valeted it stevie wonder?, they then gave me another 5 seater and again I made it clear a 5 seater is absolutely no good. Eventually 2 days later I get a call from Europcar to say a 7 Seater VW MULTIVAN GL74 VWY is available for me to collect. Went and collected and been smooth ever since. Driving home today 27/01/2025 and the vehicle (VW MULTIVAN GL74 VWY) started to smell of burning and then suddenly a large warning triangle saying HAZARD: FIRE, the vehicle hit the brakes by itself and came to a complete stop shutting everything down and called the Fire Service out. The Fire Service inspected and agreed it stunk of fire burning ect and advised me to not drive it any further. I call the Coventry Europcar Branch to make them aware of the situation and the guy was not interested and said call RAC, spent ages trying to connect with RAC whom could not find the details, in the end after I did some digging Myself, it was the AA who needed to be called so i was provided with the wrong information. The AA contractor Elite Recovery Midlands have just arrived and have immediately deemed the vehicle unfit and unsafe to drive from what they have seen and inspected at 21:06pm on 27/01/2025 I have the breakdown report, would you like me to post this report all over your sites to show you up and show everyone your lack of care to your customers, my children was in this vehicle and look what could of potentially gone wrong. vehicle ready to be recovered from my home on 28/01/2025 The stress you have caused me and the danger you have put my children in with your dodgy vehicle Now trying to locate another 7 seater and the Coventry Europcar Branch are refusing to help and his words was (not my problem) so I called the main Europcar number and they have also been very unhelpful and said nothing they can do. The person at the Europcar Coventry UK, his customer service and attitude is disgusting

Well, over the past 12 months, these cowboys have been taking the wrong meter readings and sending them to my supplier, I have just spent 1 hour and 17 mins on the phone to my supplier to get my account fully rectified, even the energy supplier have admitted that Morrison Data Services have been sending in the completely wrong numbers so my bills have been inaccurate for this long, although my supplier should be taking fault as well as they can read my meters from there end but these guys from Morrison Data Services have not got a scooby doo with what they’re doing. I have asked Morrison Data Services to never send anyone to my property again and if they do they’ll be politely told to leave or they’ll be ignored, the people on the phone are rude and arrogant as are the people who visit your property, just full on rude and have an attitude problem. If you enter someone’s home you treat the persons home and the persons in the property with full respect, this company don’t know what respect is Shoddy Company Please Be Very Careful when they take your “meter readings”
