Poor service from Zest

Poor service from Zest! I was promised callbacks that never came. After a minor mistake with my booking dates (before even leaving for my holiday), I was told I'd have to rebook entirely—no flexibility, even though I hadn't collected the car yet and paid for an extra day so if anything they were better off! Zack, who took my original booking, said he’d look into a refund after I rebooked (at additional cost), but I’ve heard nothing from him or Zest since, shock.... On top of that, I paid £480 for an estate car suitable for a family of 5 but was given a Renault Captur, a much smaller and cheaper car. When I raised this with Hertz, they were unhelpful, leaving us no choice but to squeeze in with luggage on laps for a 45-minute drive. Totally unacceptable experience from start to finish. Happy for this to be shared, though I doubt Zest will take accountability.
