RestroomDirect has excellent customer service. I had a problem with the address when I submitted the order (auto fill error). They were quick to make the correction when I emailed them. When I got the order there was a problem with the number of items ordered. I was in contact with a number of people in sales and they were all curtious, professional and helpful in solving problems quickly. Great team.
