Old , dirty and outdated units
We rented 2 condos in Phoenix VI, units 6608 and 6409. We have been renting from Brett Robinson for over 30 years and I’ve never been more disappointed in two units before. Both were dirty with hair in all corners of the rooms, grungy carpet in 6608 and blood stain on pillow in 6409. There was no tv in one of the bedrooms in 6608 and it wasn’t advertised as such. 6409 had 3 cups and almost no cookware. BR was receptive and bought new cooking ware on day 3 but someone should be checking that. The bathroom shower door was disgusting with black spots and peeling silicone everywhere. I would expect that at a cheap motel , not a $400 a night condo. Phoenix condos used to be nice but I think Brett Robinson needs to urge their owners to update units and get better cleaning crews, especially with the supposedly new COVID cleaning they are doing. I would be hesitant to to stay with BR again.
