Minus five. TB is repeatedly irresponsible. Ratings do not match books actually delivered. Damaged spines and separated covers are the norm in my experience. Don’t order anything except pre-order new books. Any pre-owned book order? Expect to be repeatedly disappointed to point of disgust.

extremely dissatisfied with online store order ordered four cans each can delivered was dented each can was dented in a different place did not order dented cans was not informed dented cans would be delivered was not asked if i wanted dented cans was not given a choice cbtl emailed an apology but neither compensation nor resolution wrote they hoped i would order in the future will not order again will not step into storefront never again
