James needs more than 5 stars. This is the second house James has sold for me. At the first meeting James set out a timescale for photographs, drone images and open day - all of which went to plan. Attention to detail is important to James and selling houses isnt a job to him, but a passion. Property sold at open day but sadly the chain fell through before selling again. James is easy to get hold of and kept me updated throughout the whole period - even into the evening. When problems occurred, James was reassuring and supportive with his knowledge of buying/selling property. The service James offers is unique compared to agents we were viewing houses with and even bought with - sadly James had nothing in the area we wanted We would absolutely recommend James Swithenbank to
