Golden cans are only available in NSW, QLD & WA from Dan Murphy's, while stocks last. Disappointment with a recent promotion that was advertised by Dan Murphy’s in Western Australia. The promotion offered a special reward of a 1 x Gold can hidden in some packages of a VB Bitter, but when I tried to purchase it online, I discovered that it was out of stock in the entire region of WA. What really exacerbated the situation was that the promotion was heavily promoted, which only heightened my excitement and anticipation. It truly felt (and still am) like it’s a very cruel tease to promote any reward that couldn't be obtained due to a lack of stock. As a loyal customer of Dan Murphy’s, I find it frustrating to be let down by a promotion that's not available in a given area, especially when it's advertised so prominently. I hope that in the future, the company will take stock availability into consideration before launching such promotions, so that customers do not end up disappointed. I'm writing this negative review, because I cannot find any feature on your website to place a backorder for these promoted items when they are out of stock or receive any notification when they become available in the future. It's frustrating to see that Dan Murphy’s website doesn't offer such a service, which is commonly provided by other e-commerce websites.
