Stay clear
The car we ordered was not there, or anything similar. We got a car with a knock in the engine and demanded our money back. We were left stranded in the middle of Auckland with 45kg of luggage.. There is little insurance with this deal, I bought my own and lost the lot. You will have you passport photographed if you go here. This place really stinks. Only the kindness of strangers saved us after travelling for 24hrs.
