Poor Customer Service at Rijswijk Location During a recent visit Jumbo sports Rijswijk store to purchase golf clubs for my daughter, we encountered notably poor customer service. The staff member assisting us was unprofessional and responded dismissively to our questions while favoring other local patrons. This experience left us feeling undervalued and discriminated against. We reluctantly completed our purchase but were disappointed by the evident disparity in treatment. I hope this feedback encourages a more respectful and inclusive approach to all customers.
