Microsoft Office 2024 installation and activation
Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus, single user product. Loaded successfully and product key worked for 25 days, then informed licence expired and all documents/applications blocked! Emailed electronics e shop for assistance and received a reply within 12hours, saying the likely fault was an incomplete activation. Followed instructions given and now unblocked, software activated and all documents/applications working. On this attempt the product key method failed, so used the phone contact method, which is tedious but was successful. I'm not sure I completely uninstalled all Microsoft 365 and Office apps, on my first attempt, before installing this software. Initial fault was most likely mine and not that of Electronics e shop. Their help and assistance is to be praised. Thank you.
